Brink of Armageddon: Age of the Kaiju Community Forums

Weight:  75,000 tons ((due to the restrictions of Earth Gravity.))

Overview:  As part of a planetary colonization experiment, an unknown species has developed a deadly creation with the power to rip planets apart, level cities, and reshape life as we know it.  The power of gravity is the giver of life but yet, it can the destroyer of worlds.......the true tyrant of gravity has returned to reclaim what's his.

Origin: Darda-Rex is a deadly abomination built only for destruction and new life. It's unclear who or what is behind his creation, but all we know is that their intentions is only one objective......to destroy worlds and rebuild life.   The destruction our world is only part of a bigger and more sinister plan.  Powered by the singularity within and made almost entirely out of the antimatter of his home world. Darda-Rex has the ability to manipulate and control gravity by either using his own body or by sucking the gravitational forces of his host planet. With this ability the creature can literally terraform and reshape the entire host planet's surface and structure.  From our analysis of the creature we have also found that the Darda-Rex was engineered specifically for Earth cololization and what is  more shocking is that he is only one of many creations that has been sent for conquer.  However he is the smallest of his kind, but one of the most powerful in his class.  Further studies shows that this tyrant has once visited Earth before but ultimately wasn't successful. Why or how is still being debated and the question still remains..............Who or what is behind this??

Energy: Darda-Rex's power attacks can be a down side because they're HEAVY draining of energy. But it can be overcomed by the use of his Trident of Absorsion which not only is used for dealing devastating damage but, it has the ability to absorb the energy of his opponents energy when critically low. The higher the damage the more energy is regained. Darda-Rex does regain energy on his own but his revitalizion rate is considerately slower than normal.

Ranged: Darda-Rex has only two ranged attack which is the gravity beam.  Unlike traditional ranged weapon the gravity beam also can slow down enemy attacks by making them much heavier turning their own weight against them, but only for a few moments.

Grappling:  Darda-Rex has multiple ways of grappling and one of them is his sickle shaped blade horn. With this weapon he can impale, then lift and then slam his opponents repeatedly. This can also be done as a a charged or teleportation attack. Another way of grappling is the Trident of Absorsion which he can impale, lift, and then slam multiple times as well absorb a considerable amount of energy during the attack.

Melee:  With multiple weapons in his arsenal, Darda-Rex can be trainwreck to face against.  But his main source of fighting is a combination of the blade horn and normal tooth and nail fighting however, a unique thing about it is that his attacks can be chained with energy attacks which make it devastating.  So a kick and jab combo can be combined with a "Charged Stab, Slam and Throw".

Movement: Though has fully functional legs, Darda-Rex relies on levitation for fast moving around and fighting. But an interesting thing about it is that he is always hovering over a field of  antigravity and his tail is usually hidden within the portal.

Defenses:  Darda-Rex uses a field of antigravity as a way of movement but he can also turn it into a shield of energy for defense against meleee and ranged attacks but the down side is that it is heavy draining on energy which the ability can be used only for a few moments.


Weaknesses: A major downside to Darda-Rex's great power is that it is heavy draining of energy. If critically low he can suffer from fatigue which he loses all use of powers and abilities for a set amount of time. This gives enemies a great advantage in this state and it can result in devastating injury.

Overview:
Hissatsu is a DNA combination of a lion and a Spinosaurus. He is not a smart thinker, alwways attacking first and roaring later. He thrives on hunger and death, and will not stop until his prey is killed.

Origin:
A zoo in Texas kept many different dangerous animals, but it was safe, until one incident. A group of friends were strolling around the zoo until a lion popped out of his cage and attacked the group of friends, killing 2 but 2 survived. The lion was bough by a private company for "testing". They started experimenting on the monster, changing it drastically. The private company decided to mix his DNA with a spinosaurus, which was found in a mosquito frozen in the arctic. If he wasn't changed enough, they added the company's new found compound called "K-Cells", which grew him to 100 meters in height! Now with his newfound height and strength, Hissatsu is prepared to hunt on the world!

Energy System: Hissatsu gains energy thru his grapple, which is a powerful move where he throws up the opponent up in the air, then turns into a ball to damage.

Ranged Combat: Hissatsu can grab cars and small buildings to use as projectiles. His roar can also take a small amount of health away from his opponent. His main ranged move is spitting out K-Cell liquid, which works like acid.

Grappling: Hissatsu throws up the opponent up in the air, then turns into a ball, spinning in place while the enemy falls downwards, which causes a lot of damage.

Melee Combat: Hissatsu uses a wide variety of melee atacks, usually biting or his claws. He also uses his tail as a heavy attack. When he is on all fours, he uses his charge mostly to get him close to his enemy to dish some powerful attacks. He also has a special charge where he can jockey on his opponents and claw them.

Movelists:

Lion Charge: Like his regular charge, can be only done in close range. He charges at the monster, stunning it, then jumping on it, a jockey. Hissatsu is clawing the kaiju's head multiple times, then kicks himself out of the kaiju.

Spinal Death: Hissatsu rolls into a ball, destroying anything in front of it. If it hits the kaiju, Hissatsu will then roll out from his ball and chokehold the monster, lifting him up then sending him back down.

Surprise!: Hissatsu flees into hiding with the shadows, then will start jumping in and out, with hit-and-run tactics.

ROARR!: Hissatsu makes a loud roar, destroying the buildings around him and gaining energy, and taking a bit of health from the opponent kaiju.

Eat this: Hissatsu gurgles, opens his mouth , then spits out K-Cell liquid, which works like acid, and does damage over time.

Well then. I might do some character design, but I am really interested in Arena design. I think I'll do a little bit of both.
