Did you fools think Barox was the only one...... She is another powerful beast who survived the fallout like Barox, but she went on a darker more sinester path. A dark entity who calls himself the "Dark Drake of Shadow", he came to her at after her family died from radiation sickness when she didn't, and vowed to him to destroy all of humanity, in turn, Shadow granted her magical abilities as well; she can call upon him when needed. Speaking of calling upon, she can call upon iron drakes and skreelings to attack for her as well. Radiation mixed with Magic, uh oh. How will Barox react to Terra, the Queen of Dragons!?!

Carnage

The Phychotic Carnotaurus from space. He's a Dopplegangers Spawn! He has telekinetic powers, a red lightning beam that shoots out from his horns, he can levitate rocks to make armor,  shields, floating spears, and to just cause chaos! He also has a long tail with a spike club at the end.
 His most formidable weapon is his phychotic self. He is reminiscent of that of the famed Joker, but acts like deadpool.... Don't actually mention that officially so Marvel and DC don't throw a hissy fit with copyright.

His true origins are unknown (besides the Doppleganger part), but one thing that he lives for is to torment Barox, he wishes to see the animal in Barox come out, this pulling him into his rage mode. The reason as he claims, is to "Find inner peace in Chaos my friend..." (His line commonly said towards Barox.

Barox, the Radioactive Hero of Earth. Tool of God, feeder of radiation, protector of Humans. He used to be a destroyer, until God showed him the light and gave him a new purpose, to become protector of Earth. But one day, a psychotic(Joker esque) kaiju named Carnage destroyed his human Friends city, in Japan. This infuriated Barox so much, he went into his burning rage mode. Carnage fled, but he ended up killing his friend and his family by accident in his rage... Save for the man's last child. Now him and this child protect earth and are after the kaiju responsible.... Carnage.

Story/ creature design. I can do a little bit for each. Touching up and maybe major stuff.

New I would swe an ant lion kaiju somewhere. I think this is an awesome idea and should have been done years ago!

To cause less trouble with licensing but not totally destroying the original story, here's what I think the official story should be.

In the 50's, a giant radioactive dinosaur from the Marshall Islands reeks havoc upon the world. But in the midst of his Rage. But one day, he was rampaging in Osaka, Japan. He was stomping on running people in the streets. He sees a child and is about to step on him until, he heard the voice of God himself. God convinced him that he maybe created by Man's actions, but he can do great things now. He then picked up the Child and brought him to his family. Years later, he would visit the Child once a month, no longer angry at humanity, he became a defender of Osaka.

But then, in 1990, the child had children of his own, and was waiting for his friend to come. But instead, Carnage rose from the sea and destroyed Osaka. Barox came to see Osaka destroyed. He fought Carnage, who was a formidable foe, not just in both in strength and abilities, but also fornthenfact he could get in his enemies' heads very easily. So easily that he caused Barox to become so angry that his skin turned red, grew in size, and became a walking inferno; all he knew now was Rage. Carnage saw this, and used his fight to Destroy Osaka on purpose, knowing Barox would do the work with him without even knowing it. Then all of a sudden, the 'X' shape on his chest opened up, revealing his radioactive heart, and released all the excess radiation from his rage mode into a concentrated beam of fire. The beam blew up one of Carnage's shoulder spikes, causing him to flee.

 After Barox returned to his original form and calmed down, he witnessed the destruction him and Carnage caused. He went to the house of his friend, just to find out that he killed him and his family, save for the youngest of his children, from his blind rage. He vowed that day that with his friends child, he'll not repeat the past, and learn to calm his rage. He now defends the world today, but who knows how long he can keep his temper in until carnage comes by for round 2!
